Our training courses do not constitute a medical qualification. Cradle and Kin accept no responsibility for the subsequent actions of any individuals who complete our training.
Cradle and Kin do not accept liability for injury loss or damage caused by any information or advice provided in our in person or online course, blog, website, social media channels, emails etc.
You should note that First Aid For The First Years (online and in person) is a non accredited course, participants will not receive an accredited first aid certificate however we can provide a participation certificate on request.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to reschedule your course to a date that works for both parties.
However, as a small business, last-minute changes have a significant impact on our business. When a booking is made, our staff are booked, our venue is secured, catering is arranged, and your place is held—often without the ability to rebook it at short notice.

If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your course date, a $50 fee per person will need to be paid before we can confirm your new course date.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your course we are unable to reschedule or refund you however you are more than welcome to gift your ticket/s to a friend or family member.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations or change or mind
