First Aid For The First Years was created by co-founders Zoe and Maggie.
Zoe has been a Registered Paramedic for 11 years, holds a certificate IV in training and assessment and has taught paramedical students at a university level.
Maggie holds a dual registration as a Registered Paramedic and Registered Nurse and has 9 years of experience in the field. Maggie also holds multiple Australian titles in first aid competition.
After becoming new mums in 2022 we made it our mission to educate and empower as many caregivers as possible in all aspects of baby and child first aid. We wanted to share our knowledge and skills to help others feel confident in caring.
Starting Solids First Aid has been based on almost 20 years of combined experience as Registered Paramedics and aligns with evidence based practice and current Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.
